DISHONEST SERVICE to a deployed Soldier!

This company took our deposit of $199 and never picked up our vehicle. I contacted them on several occasions - emails, phone calls, etc... and never heard from them again. My son just got off of a year long deployment overseas serving in our Military. The Army moved his duty station to Texas. I contacted this company to transport his car to his new duty station. Everything was set until they received my deposit. We had a scheduled pick up time for July 9th. I took off work and waited all day and no one showed. I called and spoke with Jay (broker) who in turn put me in touch with the driver directly. The driver refused to pick up the car at my location and timing and advised me to call the broker back and reschedule with another driver. Again, I called this company several times (more than 6 times), emailed several times, and NO RESPONSE. They didn't return calls or answer emails. This is disgraceful treatment towards an active member of our military who sacrifices every day for their freedom. They did not return the deposit! SHAME ON AUTO RELOCATION SERVICES for treating our military with such disrespect!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
