Being a first time user of an auto shipping service, I was quite apprehensive about entrusting my vehicle to a carrier service. After numerous phone calls to various companies along with extensive research on the Internet, I came across the Amerifreight Company who referred me to a carrier, The Auto Relocating Specialist LLC. I called the owner of Auto Relocating Specialist LLC, Beau, who was very professional and assured me that my vehicle would be in good hands with one of his drivers, Kevin. Well, Beau contacted Kevin about the arrangements. Later that day, I received a call from Kevin to discuss details. Kevin was available to pick up my car within a couple of days after I placed my order. Upon meeting Kevin, I was impressed with his professional and friendly manner. Kevin sensed my nervousness and told me that it was okay for me to contact him while on the road just to see how things were going. Well, Kevin arrived in Texas before I did on the scheduled day of delivery. He was kind enough to wait for me to arrive to my destination. Upon inspection, my vehicle was in good condition, and I felt quite relieved. Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend Beau and Kevin of Auto Relocating Specialist because they made me feel so at ease with putting my car in their hands. I would definitely use their services again!
