Driver refused to pick up car

Was called about 24 hours in advance by Oksana, informed truck would be by to pick up our car in Portland late in the next day. She was clear and nice. No mention of where the pickup would take place.
Was called 3 hours in advance by driver Igor who requested that we drive the car to a dealership 3 miles across town at about the time of pickup (rush hour). Told him I could not meet his request and pointed out the two car dealerships located within 3 blocks of our house (both of whom receive and send cars several times a week). Igor agreed to come to our neighborhood to pick up our car.
Driver Ruben called 45 minutes from Portland, stated that he is not coming to our neighborhood and we have to drive the car to the BMW dealership within a 15 minute window. I stated that I would change all of our plans but cannot guarantee being there in that window, said I might be up to 15 minutes late. Ruben stated "You can keep your f__king car if you are not there on time", then (reportedly) called his dispatcher and cancelled pickup, saying that I am a rude and unreasonable customer and he refuses to carry anything for me.
