.On February 21, I entered into an agreement with the company to ship my vehicle from Seattle, WA to Los Angeles, CA. As part of this agreement, I paid a $100 deposit. The company confirmed the booking and indicated that my vehicle shipment would be scheduled promptly. As of today, April 4, more than six weeks later, the company has not scheduled the shipment, nor have they provided any clear timeline or resolution. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have not received satisfactory communication or progress regarding my vehicle transport. Additionally, when I requested a refund of my $100 deposit due to their failure to perform the agreed service, the company refused. Instead, they have continued to send messages prompting me to “ship my car again,” which is both confusing and unprofessional given the unresolved status of my original request.
