My agent was Steven. He assured me that my car will be taken good care. He called me to advise me that the courier will be delayed due to weather conditions. I thought that was great customer service. O didn't have to be concerned about my vehicle. After my car was delivered he called to see if the condition the car was in. It was in the condition I gave to yhe courier driver. Thanks Steven if needed a car courier again it would be Auto Freight Carriers. One more thing I forgot to put the order id# when I zelled the money. He assured me he will reach out to me when it was noted. He did just that which eased my mind assuming my money was in cyber space. Thankz again Steven. Valarie
