This car shipping experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The price, pickup time, and delivery date kept changing, and I was constantly left in the dark. What made it even worse was that I wasn’t informed of the final price increase until the day the car was supposed to be shipped. At that point, I had no choice but to go through with it because there wasn’t enough time to find another company. The lack of communication between the company and the driver was unbelievable. Even after they finally found a driver, that person didn’t show up at the scheduled time. I ended up having to wait an entire extra day, which completely disrupted my move and cost me more money. There was also a clear language barrier with the driver, which made communication even more difficult. The car wasn’t shipped on the day I was promised, and it was obvious the company and the driver were not on the same page. Between the last-minute price changes, poor coordination, delays, and communication issues, this entire process was far more stressful than it needed to be. I would not use this company again.
