I was in need of having an inoperable truck delivered within a very specific timeline. I worked with another company called United American Auto Transport. The short story is this company lied. They pretended to have a driver to pick up our truck, or lost the driver and never communicated that to me. I got stories of broken down transport vehicles, snow storms, cold conditions and so on. This delayed us severely. The lack of communication in addition to empty promises was frustrating to say the least. After almost a week wasted, I called Sam Kooby at American Car Transporters and told him my tale. He immediately took action and tried a few different things to try to get a driver for me. He responded promptly to emails and called several times with updates. Within a day, I had a driver lined up who was able to deliver my truck the next day! Sam immediately put me in touch with my driver, and continued to check in right up until the driver arrived at my doorstep with my truck. It was night and day dealing with these 2 companies, and Sam's professionalism, honesty and constant communication made a stressful situation bearable.
