I scheduled a pick up on 11/28/16 for Dec 9th. Paul gave me a quote and I paid 50% in advance. The quote was for $200. Tow days prior to the pick-up date, I called Paul to make sure all was okay as my daughter need to know the details for the pick-up of the car. Paul told me over the phone that they had a driver and would pick it up on the scheduled date, however I would have to pay $100 more for a total of $300. I said no way. He them said let me see what I can do and called back to see if I could pay $50 more. I rejected and ask him to cancel the pick up. This is what we call "BAIT and Switch" They agreed on a price and now two day prior to pick up they switch the price and I'm guessing most people would fall for it. I ask for the refund and Paul said ok, the refund would be on my CC account within 5 day. It's been more than two weeks and no refunds. I have called, I have email Paul and he has not returned either one. This is the type of bad business and customer service and I just want other people to be aware.
