Usually when dealing with transportation companies, the experiences are inconvenienced by the time it takes for the driver to arrive, the sense of urgency they lack to get your car to a destination, etc. Yet, my overall experience went above and beyond the normal satisfactory conditions. The sense of urgency, yet safety, was of the most priority and I did not in the least bit feel inconvenienced by time. Upon deciding to use this service, I wavered with my decision on how effective an useful it would be to get from point A to point B in relation to just using my car for moving. Yet, the cost effectiveness and swift service made this an unrushed and calm experience. My salesperson Victor Perugia was more than helpful to all of my needs and questions, even making me feel that I was not wasting his time, but an easy going customer. Throughout this experience he maintained a sense of professionalism along with helpful courtesy. As a bonus, the cost was great, the car was early to be picked up, and this service was pleasant. Trusting someone else with my car was definitely not as stressful as I thought it would be especially with a great team to back me up. I will definitely recommend this service to those who need or want it. Thank you for such a great job!
