In the past I have used different transportation companies, but none of them were quite as good as American Auto Transport! Being in the military you are moving constantly as well as moving goods all over the country. And this last PCS move Fort Bragg, NC to Joint Base Lewis McChord was easier than I could have ever imagined. I don't know if it was just Bill but it seemed as though him as well as the rest of the company continually put customer service above everything else. It never seemed as though any of my questions were stupid or out of place, instead Bill took the time to explain to me the whole process. As if putting customer service as a top priority wasn't enough the job also cost less then I was expecting which was a nice bonus. Pick up was on time, delivery was on time and my time was never wasted. And as anyone who has been in the world more than a day knows, time is money. Overall the experience was out of this world and I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends and family. And a special thanks to Bill this move wouldn't have happened as easily without him.
