Our car was transported from Ft Lauderdale to Seattle safely. Driver was courteous and returned texts when I reached out as we got close to delivery date to let me know where he was and anticipated day/ time of arrival. Know that you need to be flexible in pick up and delivery dates as there are a lot of moving parts to transporting a car (getting a driver with your route on your pick up Days when the right number of cars to make his load worth it, DOT regulations, etc) I learned a lot through this process and American Auto was patient in answering my questions on multiple calls - and a live person picked up every time! It was overall a great experience and our car arrived close to delivery date in perfect condition.
