This was my first time using American Auto Shipping, and I was concerned as there are some not so scrupulous people operating in this space. We shipped a large, new cargo van from Fort Lauderdale to Brooklyn. The cost was fair and the service was excellent all the way around. I worked with a lady named Kayla from start to finish and she stayed in touch with me during the entire process (order thru van delivered). Also the driver was prompt, polite, communicative and on-time! The van was delivered in about 24 hours with no issues what so ever. I highly recommend American Auto Shipping (I actually recommended them to someone earlier today). I don't write lot or reviews, and normally when I do it's not positive, in this case it is my pleasure to write this review.
