I spoke with Mike Moss of American Auto Shipping in order to have my car shipped for a new job. Initially he was great to work with as he guaranteed me my car would be shipped in a timely manner. I provided him with my credit card information and was ensured that everything was in place and that my car would be picked up Saturday morning. With that said, I packed up my car and prepared to have it shipped cross country. However, the morning of the delivery, I received a phone call from the driver an hour before my car was supposed to be picked up cancelling the order. Mike then told me he would do his best to have my car shipped out by another driver by the end of the weekend, but was unable to follow through on his word. A few weeks later, that the company went through and charged me for a service that was never completed. I would highly recommend finding another company to work with when shipping a car.
