WHILE THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH AN AUTO SHIPPER I CAN NOT IMAGINE A COMPANY WITH WORSE SERVICE BEING ABLE TO SURVIVE!

I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE AT LEAST 5 TIMES TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ON A SCHEDULED PICK UP DATE.
> TWICE LEFT MESSAGES EVEN THOUGH THE CALLS WERE WITHIN NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. RESULT-NO CALL BACK.
>THIRD CALL SPOKE WITH DIANNE WHO TOOK MY INFORMATION, LEFT ME WAITING FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN DISCONNECTED ME.
>MY RETURN CALL-NO ANSWER, LEFT MESSAGE. NO RETURN CALL.
>MY NEXT CALL, DIANNE TOLD ME THE CAR WOULD BE PICKED UP WEDNESDAY, 1/4/06.
>CAR NOT BEEN PICKED UP AS OF 7:00 PM EST. CALL TO DIANNE NOT ANSWERED. LEFT MESSAGE.

We understand the customers frustration, and have called the customer to try to resolve the issue. The driver on numerous occasions told us the car was being picked up, and he never did! We have let the driver go and will refund the customer their deposit, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope the shipment goes smoothly.
