This classifies as the worst decision I've made in many a year. I should have researched this whole thing better. "Diane" is less than helpful, and unwilling to return phone calls or emails. She does little, if anything, other than post your transport request to a bulletin board. After a few weeks of inactivity I found a genuine transporter posting services on eBay with great results. "Diane" is trying desperately to keep my $150 deposit despite the slacker attitude. Stay away.
