My overall experience with Amerifreight was good.  To be honest, this was the first time I've shipped a car so I wasn't sure what to expect.  
Goods:
- Communications with Amerifreight up until the carrier was secured.
- Very friendly employees with good people skills.
Recommendations to improve:
- As soon as the carrier was secured, I had difficulty contacting Amerifreight.  I emailed the pick-up information to an Amerifreight Rep who stated she would forward it to the carrier.  The carrier company stated they never received it.
- Website states a military discount will be given.  I've inquired three times on this discount and have yet to receive a response.
Recommendations for the carrier company (don't know their name):
- The carrier stated the driver would call the day prior to provide a window for pick-up and drop off.  That never happened.  He called an hour before be wanted to arrange the pick-up.  (For new customers, recommend getting the driver's contact information from the carrier company to avoid this issue. I tracked it down after the pick-up fiasco.)  I called him three times the day of the schedule drop off.
