I started off in the Economy rate and after waiting 2 weeks, I went to the Priority Preferred rate. The car was finally picked up 3 1/2 weeks after the availability date. Some of the time waiting was due to weather but it was stressful waiting that long. The communication was good however. When I emailed to ask about the pickup, I was answered within a day and I was given a small discount for my wait. So overall, the experience wasnt that bad...just the wait...which they advised under the Economy rate that you will have a wait time. The driver, Andrew, from C&C Transport was fantastic. He was here when he said he would be and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and he got the car there earlier than he projected. Very happy with the driver!
