Michelle Wood was great with my Lexus LS430 from Aventura FL to Thornton CO. I initially had a car pickup Thursday morning from truck Carrier. I was notified that truck broke down unable to be available until Saturday or later. I contacted Michelle to find another trucking company to pick up my car, she found one for Friday morning. I was leaving Miami Saturday morning to work Sunday morning, my Dad too old to help. I didn’t receive a call early Friday morning, I called my to find out they were not available to pick my car up until Saturday. I contacted Michelle to say this will not work for me. Michelle canceled the request and did a ghost request, truck carrier company picked it up for a 3 pm pickup time Friday which worked great for me. I drove car to his pin location to put car on carrier transport. I received the car following Thursday no damage or cratches. I was very happy with Michelle service
