Michelle did an exceptional job with my car shipment. We were booked for the car to be picked up in the morning car transporter called to say truck broke down and couldn’t arrive until Saturday. I was in town until Saturday morning to transport his car back to Denver. He is old and has problems managing just one must less two that just sits there. I called Michelle, she gave me a new transporter in a couple hours for Pickup Friday morning, Friday morning comes, I called transporter to get a window of pickup, he states not until Saturday now. I called Michelle told her the story, she submits a ghost rider, get a response back in a hour with pickup by 3 PM. The transporter gives me a pin of his location to meet. Car is stored on top reverse in. Car arrives Thursday with no issues or damage. I was very pleased with AmerFreight
