Being a first time user of an auto shipping broker, I was quite apprehensive about entrusting my vehicle to this type of service. After numerous phone calls to various companies along with extensive research on the Internet, I came across Amerifreight and its customer reviews. I called and talked to Amy who immediately put me at ease and answered the many questions that I had with great customer service. She had several shipping options for me and took the time to thoroughly explain each one. Well, I needed a few days to think about my options. During those several days, I was pleased that Amy and Racheal (nice personality & very knowledgable) called me periodically with updates and just to see how things were going and if I had any questions.
