It is regrettable that we were not able to assist Marie with the shipment of her vehicle successfully. It was a very difficult time of the year and few carriers were able to pick up her car according to her requirements. We did have 3 trucks prepared to do the shipment, but none were suited to her circumstances. We are glad that another company was able to assist and have been totally cooperative in canceling her contract with us including any refund of fees paid to us.
This is n unfortunate exception to what successes we have experienced with shipping customers vehicles and we do not profess that this can never happen. Most of our shipments are done with full customer satisfaction and according to our promise to deliver. more than 90% of our customers agree.
