Jorge was great in providing customer service. i dropped my car @ Amerifreight's Atlanta office. Jorge called to start the paperwork while I was on my way driving over there, so the process could be started as soon as I get there. I chose the stand-by option at the beginning, but later decided not to wait for the stand-by fare i was quoted to. The fare ended up being $250.00 more than my stand-by quote, but it was my choice not to wait any longer.
