Overall service was excellent. I spoke with Jorge several times prior to pick-up and he was very knowledgeable and arranged for a pick-up sooner than I had anticipated. The driver was a top-notch person who was experienced, friendly, and delivered within the agreed upon time period. I was very pleased with the process and the car was received without any damages, scratches, etc. or concerns of any kind.
