This company engaged in a clear bait-and-switch the day of scheduled pickup. I was quoted and confirmed an agreed-upon price. On the morning of pickup, they suddenly demanded additional money above the agreed amount. At that point, I had no practical alternatives — I was scheduled to fly out early the next morning, and rearranging transport on such short notice was impossible. When I refused to pay more than what was agreed, the situation escalated beyond unprofessional. I was left a voicemail containing personal insults, including being called “psycho” for requesting a refund on my deposit and refusing to pay the cancellation fee. That alone should disqualify any business from operating in a customer-facing industry. To be clear: my vehicle was not yet in their possession, but the timing was intentional. This appears designed to pressure customers into paying more when they’re already boxed in by travel schedules. Auto transport requires trust, professionalism, and transparency. This company demonstrated none of those. I would strongly advise others to avoid them and spare themselves the stress, harassment, and last-minute chaos I experienced.
