Absolute idiots. When dropping off the item the driver dropped the 10' box that contained my paddle board right in front of me has he pulled it out of the delivery van/small truck with the doors only partially open, dragging the box against the doors.
The board was damaged and I had to arrange a return with the company who sold me the board. AAF&L then came to pick up the box for a return, didn't call me, didn't show up between 11:00 and 3:00pm and when the driver finally arrived didn't collect the return label from me and instead of taking the 10' box and confirming pickup with the customer, me, the driver collected trash, literally an 8' florescent light tube, the old metal casing for the light and some electrical components. In no way did this garbage resemble a package of any kind, it was literally a pile of an old light and fixture, rusted, dirty, etc.
If you have an option of choosing another carrier to move your product, I highly encourage you to do so. These folks are not good at what they do. Not at all. I'm worried that a driver or drivers with this poor of judgement are driving vehicles on the streets of Los Angeles putting our lives at risk.
