Good service, better carrier than agent.

Order placement was easy and straightforward. I requested a quote online and received a call from an agent about a half hour later. we discussed the terms over the phone and then I was sent an E-document to review and sign. After that I just had to play the waiting game. They give you a window of several days when the car will likely be picked up, depending on the carrier they use (again, they are just the agent). Carrier showed up in the allotted time frame and we met him at a local plaza (we weren't told he couldn't drive into a residential neighborhood with this truck, so we had to drive to another location, easy enough if you live close to something). Car was then on it's way to new location. It arrived in the allotted time (he must have driven mostly day and night because we had it moved quite far), we paid the final portion and cash and that was that.
