The contracting process was easy, seamless and I was able to execute the contract from my iPad. Customer service was available to promptly address all of my concerns. The carrier arrived to retrieve my vehicle at the agreed time and it was delivered within the agreed window. Finally, the driver was polite and courteous. Since I agreed to meet the driver in an area that would accommodate the open carrier versus him picking up the vehicle at my office which was located in a congested urban setting, he offered to take me back to my office.
