My vehicle was shipped from Europe to NJ. My pick-up dates changed several times, due to US Customs, and the forwarders documentation. Denise at Allcoastautotransport, was in constant contact with me and the forwarding company. She called the forwarding company so often, that they wrote me to tell Denise to stop calling. So no doubt she stayed on top of the situation. The vehicle was picked-up as soon as it became available, even with the date changes. I am very happy with her service, and would recommend her to anybody needing this service.
