I worked with Denise O'Sullivan and was extremely impressed with her customer service approach and her communication. She would call back just about any time and clarify or answer questions. The shipper she hooked me up with was excellent and communicated along the trip and even waited an extra amount of time for me to get to his rig and pick up my vehicle. Excellent service.
