You know it's my first time ship my car and it's a long~~~distance from LongIsland to LA. My situation was emergence:NEED to ship my car at once in order to drop it off before 21st,June. I contact Donna on morning 9th,June and she called me back in 30 minutes said my car can be picked up at that day. I was surprised of their effective service !!! What's more, they allowed 50lbs stuff shipped in the trunk (no liquid !), so I put my heavy notebooks in it.
Anyway,I so happy to get my car on time and there is nothing wrong about it !!
