I booked through this company back in April. My husband is PCSing through the Navy to Florida but we were making a stop in Virginia to see my family. At this time, I'm 8 months pregnant and am in a time crunch because I cannot travel after a certain date. I booked this with Todd and told him all of this and he assured me that my car would be picked up in Californina on the 7th or 8th of June. I never heard from these people. I constantly had to call to to figure out what was going on. My husband and I had to fly out on the 13th and I ended up having to find another company to ship my car within a day of the day that we left. When I called them to get my deposit back because they never provided the service that I needed, things got nasty over the phone and the manager told me she didn't want my business anyway and we had to go through our credit card company to dispute the deposit. DO NOT ever book with this company. They are a nightmare.
