My car was transported from AZ to NY. I dealt with Kelly the whole time, and then Helen the dispatcher. Both of them were great! Kelly knew I was nervous about doing business online and she reassured me everything would be fine, and she was right, I really had nothing to worry about! The car was picked up on time, on a Tuesday morning, and Joe, the transporter was great too! Helen told me the car would arrive in NY on Saturday or Sunday at the latest, but the car arrived on Friday morning! I was given Joe's cell number and I called him while he was still on the road, and he kept me updated as to where he was. The car was transported in an open trailer, so when it arrived there was a little dust on the car, but nothing that a simple car wash took care of. Joe, the transporter, was very nice. When he arrived in NY, he pulled over to the side of the road, drove the car off the trailer, and drove the car right into my driveway! I highly recommend anyone who needs a car transported to defintely call Kelly at All Coast Auto Transport!
