This client cancelled after a carrier/driver was dispatched because he then demanded his car be picked up on an EXACT day of his choice. Since we are dealing with drivers that are picking up and delivering up to 9 cars on a truck from multiple pick and drop off locations, we cannot and do not GURANTEE pick up or delivery dates. Not only did we explain this to this customer, it is clearly written in both our Agreement as well as in our Terms & Condtions BOTH signed by this customer PRIOR to processing this order. Please note the small green symbol near the person wrting this complaint. If you click on it you will see the customer has indicated he has been or plans on being compensated for placing this complaint against us.
