Florida to Arizona. Picked the car up 2 days late. No communication from Acertus unless we called dispatch and even then it was difficult to get answers from them. Finally heard that it was a trailer light problem. They gave us the drivers number to text him but we never heard back on an eta. Driver didn’t speak English. Finally picked the car up 2 days later. Didn’t hear from him after numerous calls all week for an ETA on delivery. Flat tire hydraulic leaks and more apparently. (Info from the dispatch). Got a call from dispatch that he was in Houston after a week. Must be driving slow. Got a call back a couple hours later saying that no he is indeed entering Arizona and would be arriving sometime in the late afternoon. Two days later he texted and said he would be at our house between midnight and 2 am. I said you can’t unload a car in the neighborhood at 2 am. It will tick the neighbors off. I said meet me at the Safeway 2 miles away. Waited up until 2 am. No call no text nothing. Never shows up. Finally arrived the next day around 2pm. He had excuse after excuse about the transport. Tried to explain in broken English. After he got the car unloaded we noticed he scratched the front bumper, broke the drivers door handle and the white interior was covered in greasy fingerprints and handprints. The seats dash center console and the side piece where the seatbelt retracts into was nearly black with greasy fingerprints. We determined that when it’s on the trailer he had to open the door and reach inside to hold on and not fall nearly 10’ off the trailer. This was a nearly new Cadillac suv with only 10k miles on it. He destroyed the interior. I had to replace the drivers seatbelt panel since it was a white cloth. The rest of the car had to be professionally cleaned. He said the wind must of blown the door handle off. We called to file a claim and never hear back. Place is a joke!!!
