I was shipping a car from Chicago area to the Marine base in California. Ace American Transportation is a fantastic company. Vladamir is the man I dealt with from the company's office. He explained everything to me that was going on. He was available to call anytime and promptly returned calls when I wanted to check on pickup and delivery. The drivers (Roman and Nick) were awesome. They were very polite and thorough in their work. I watched them take care of the cars as if they were their own. They called when they were close by to give us notice for pickup and delivery. They explained everything they were doing. I was unsure how shipping a car would be, I read so many horror stories. This was so smooth, no problems at all. In fact, the car was delivered early, which made my Marine very happy. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone going from the Midwest to the West coast.
