Thank you for the business and feedback. We strive to provide the best service possible with honesty and customer satisfaction as our top priorities. It is regretful that you had an awful experience with us. In California, we do all our pickups and deliveries with a local, smaller truck, and it seems that no one notified you of that until the very end when you were trying to receive your vehicle; which is probably why you were getting different delivery dates. We apologize for the confusion. Also, it shows that we delivered your vehicle on Dec. 30, 2014. We were contracted to pick up the vehicle on the 22nd and delivery on the 31st, so we were actually earlier then the arranged time.
