Two things:
1) The driver they connected us with, IK Transportation, was very good. He was polite, prompt and got our vehicle to its destination in a timely and safe manner. Very pleased with this aspect of the move.

2) Jerry from ABC Carriers was miserable to work with. He was borderline abusive on the telephone. He did not call or willingly give information. It made me sick to my stomach with worry everytime I spoke with him.

That said, our vehicle made it where it needed to be and we paid the price we were quoted. All in all, I am glad that this ordeal is over. If I ever need to transport a vehicle, I will do my best to not deal with Jerry ever again. IK Transportation? Rock solid. I would choose him again in a heartbeat.
