We are sorry that the severe storms across the country and the resultant lack of available trucks has inconvenienced the customer. However, this review does not present a complete picture and we did not lie.
We dispatched the shipment to the first carrier company for pickup within
the order dates. We charged our fee after our service was provided.
When that company cancelled due to severe weather across the country, we started searching for a second carrier company. There is now limited availability of trucks, partly because of the recent storms and partly because of the Holidays. We suggested a COD increase to attract drivers, which was declined. Ms. Griffith did not extend her dates and cancelled her order. She is due a refund, which will be processed upon receipt of a written cancellation.
