I contacted AA-Automovers to move my car from Birmingham, AL to Seattle, WA on the Friday before thanks giving. They gave me a window time of Monday to Friday when the car would be picked up. But they were prompt to assign a carrier the same day. My car was picked up the very next day on Saturday and delivered on Wednesday. Just 5 days from the day I placed the order to the delivery.
There was no need for me to contact their customer service but they did call me to inform that the car would be picked up.
I may be plan lucky that my car was delivered so soon but nevertheless the service from AA-Automovers was very good.
