I called this company to ship my car from Florida to Washington state. My car was to be moved on December 19, I called December 1. I gave them my credit card number and they took $199. I'm in the military and find out the next day I can not ship my car that day. I call the shipping company to cancel. He tells me I can not have my deposit back because a truck was already being sent to my location. I called in an ample amount of time to cancel my order. A truck was probably not even on its way within 24 hours of me calling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPNY!!!
