HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF NOT MATTER HOW KIND YOU ARE, WHAT YOU DO OR WHAT YOU SAY PEOPLE CAN BE DISHONEST AND JUST LIE. AS MANY TIMES AS WE SPOKE TO BOTH THIS HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM THEY WANTED THEIR CAR PICKED UP ON THANKSGIVING WEEKEND. IT WAS NOT READY ON NOVEMBER 9TH,- -THE DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT RELEASE THE CAR UNTIL NOV. 24, 2 DAYS BEFORE THANKSGIVING. DRIVERS ARE PEOPLE TOO, AND LIKE TO SPEND TIME WITH THEIR FAMILIES AND TAKE A FEW DAYS OFF. THESE HUSBAND WIFE DUO DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR IT, FURTHER THEY WERE GIVEN A FULL REFUND!! AS FOR OUR RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, EVEN FAKE COMPLAINTS ARE RECORDED AGAINST US, EVEN WHEN A FULL REFUND IS GIVEN, SO PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND, WE SHIP OVER 150 CARS A WEEK, AND HAVE A VERY SMALL COMPLAINT RATIO AS WE STRIVE TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY, BUT WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC IT IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE.
