I had an excellent experience with these guys. We moved a VW Jetta from GA to AZ. I contacted numerous companies before settling on A2B. I was pretty concerned by all the horror stories about people having to pay hidden costs with other companies and so I decided to do some pretty thorough research. Prior to making my decision, I sent out numerous quote requests and checked out all the online forums. I even asked a few companies for references. I also reviewed all the BBB (better business bureau) ratings. These guys had a pretty clean BBB record and had only 1 complaint in the last 8 years which was absolutely amazing when it comes to moving companies. I also had not seen a single negative review on them so this gave me alot of comfort. I had been warned by many forums not to go with the lowest price because you may incur other sorts of hidden costs. They were not the highest and they were not the lowest and were somewhere in the middle. I had given them 3 days on which they could come and pick up the car. They came by and picked it up on 2nd day and dropped it off in AZ 4 days later. On delivery, there was an oil spot which apparently appeared because it came off of one of the other cars but that was not much of a problem because it was easy to clean. After they picked up the car, they e-mailed me the name of the driver and a phone number if I needed to coordinate anything with him. Their rep was also extremely polite and efficient. All in all, a job well done. I guess there is a reason why these guys have such a great BBB record.
