I found 1st Call on this site. I would say the rating definitely was right for me. He was very knowledgeable and courteous on the phone. At one point he even returned my call while he was on vacation. He found a great private carrier that did a wonderful job. Vehicle arrived on time and without damage. Only downfall was price but he explained why the price hike had recently happened and his quote was very competitive when checking with other companies. Would definitely use them again.
