I recently shipped my car from Texas to New Jersey and contracted with 1st Call Auto Haul. Eric spent time on the phone with me explaining the current situation with shipping autos during this time of very high fuel prices and that I might expect to experience a delay in securing a shipper due to the origin and destination of my vehicle. He also explained his role as a broker and how and when the costs are incured. Armed with this information I proceeded to place my order. In 1 week Eric called with details of the shipper he contracted on my behalf with the expected pick up time. Carey's Auto transport was contracted. They called my father the day before the pickup with their expected arrival time which they kept to. Carey's told my father that they expected to deliver my car in 4-5 days. 3 days later Carey's called me to confirm next day delivery and to set a time. They arrived within minutes of the agreed upon time. The vehicle was in perfect shape and the drivers were very courteous and professional.

My experience with both 1st Call and Carey's was excellent.
