Ray was nice and polite when discussing and arranging the car pick up.

The driver was late for pick up because he stopped to visit friends in Kingman Arizona. The call that he would be late was a few hours after the established delivery window.

When loading the car on the trailer the drive realized it needed to go in front first and not back first. The wheels kept sliding off the truck track. When he drove the car front end first my dad heard him curse loudly but didn't explain why to my father.

When arranging time for pick up the driver delayed delivery because he was going to stop at a hotel. A new time was established. When the car arrived it was very dirty (expected because it was an open carry).

What I didn't expect was that my exhaust tip was crushed, and my exhaust system had come off its hangars and had shifted to the left front by about three inches.

Also, when the driver had moved the car off and on the trailer during his trip he didn't bother washing his hands when getting in the car. The car door has cloth and it is greasy and dirty.

When we called 1 flat rate they didn't even return our call.

Like I said Ray was nice but the service is substandard and I would not recommend them based off the driver they provided, and because they did not find the damage done to our car important enough to return our car.

We paid a little bit more than other companies asked thinking we would be provided a good service. Not the case.

My recommendation... choose another company.
