I had never shipped a car before and was apprehensive about choosing a company. 1 Flat Rate stood out due to being rated by the Better Business Bureau, and due to not requiring any payment information up front. I spoke with several reps and the owner throughout the process, and everyone was courteous, pleasant, and helpful. My car was picked up and arrived in a very timely fashion, and arrived in the same condition as it was shipped. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them, as their prices were reasonable and my experience with their company was very smooth and easy-thanks!!!
