I researched several companies who were 5 star rated and selected Flat Rate, based on their reviews and the quoted rate, very competitive. From the time I submitted my website order to the day of delivery - they delivered on what they said would happen. Ray answered my questions and emails promptly and explained how the transport would work, approximately how many days to deliver the vehicle and how the driver would contact me. Ray called me to arrange the pickup. The car was picked up within a couple days after placing the order, the price was exactly what was quoted (with no deposit), and the car arrived within 5 days. The driver called the day before and again 3 hours before delivery - just exactly as Ray had explained. I highly recommend Flat Rate.
