1 Flat Rate was good at explaining the process of car transport and I understood that I would get cheaper quotes which would require down payments and then overcharge after they receive your first payment. We paid when the car was delivered. The price quoted was the price paid. It seemed fair and square.
The car arrived on time with no problem except for a lot of dirt on the car, as it was an open transport.
Dan was fair and knowledgeable.
The only confusion that occurred was that we didn't receive an email that informed us to fet two checks, one for the transport company and the other for Flat RAte. It wasn't a big deal though.
