I had placed an order with another company, but due to their terrible customer service and refusing to call me back I started to call around. When I called Ray I was at the end of my patience. He was totally honest and upfront with how the business worked. He also was able to explain to me what I wanted to look for in a good company and how they should quote. NOT ONCE did he pressure me into using his company or to go with him. I was totally impressed by his willingness to take the time to talk me through everything. After a long conversation I asked for a quote and placed the order. Ray was very proffesional and helpful. The driver Mike contacted me a few days later and he completly worked around my crazy schedule to pick up both the cars. He was so professional and nice. He even had the cars to the destination before we could get there ourselves! I have already recommended them to a few freinds who are planning moves. If I ever have to transport a vehicle again I would use 1Flat-Rate LLC hands down!!!
