Avoid 1 USA Carriers Inc ! They damaged my car by mishandling it while shipping. There are a lot of scratches and trucking equipment footprints on the top and the trunk. The driver did not deliver to the doorstep. Instead, he pulled his truck off the highway and asked me to come because he could not locate my house. So I went with my friend and took possession of the car. It was dark ( he delivered on the highway in the night!) so I could not see the damage. The next day morning when I took the car to carwash I saw the damage and immediately called the trucker. I took a lot of photographs and send to the trucker. He refused to accept responsibility because I have signed the form ! I tried to get help from shipyourcarnow.com guys who were the brokers but apart from sending the insurance agreement they did not help in any way. I tried to contact the insurance company and the insurance guys said I have to deal with the trucker. They looked at the photographs and sympathized with me but said they could not help because trucker wont pay the deductible and I signed the delivery form. This whole process took 2 months because I had to call these guys repeatedly. .

Be very careful when you ship your car, always inspect in the light when you take possession. Lesson learned for me. I am reporting this 1 USA Carriers Inc guys to BBB as well. I am also contemplating lawsuit.

Customer received his vehicle at 5p.m.(which is not late at night) and with other 2 people inspected his car twice, signed that he got it in good condition. Then after 1 week he called us about some damage. We do not know where his car was parked for that week, but we do know that we delivered it in good condition.We are not liable for any damages after transport. Thank you .
